Molybdenum Heater

Molybdenum has a high melting point, high strength at high temperatures, good thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion properties, making it ideal for vacuum heating chamber heaters. We can produce plate and rod heaters.

Molybdenum heaters are classified according to their materials

1. Pure molybdenum heater: heater with molybdenum content greater than 99.95%, suitable for temperature 800-1000 °C.

2. High-temperature molybdenum heater (molybdenum-bismuth alloy rod): a heater containing lanthanum oxide (La2O3) 0.4~1.2%, and the molybdenum content is a waste other than impurities, and the temperature is 1000-1500 °C.

3. TZM molybdenum heater: The magazine content is 0.4~0.6Ti, 0.07~0.12Zr, 0.01~0.05C heater, suitable for temperature 1500-1800 °C.
