                             Molybdenum Boat 

    The molybdenum sintered boat box is made of molybdenum plate bent, riveted or welded, and can be used as a bearing container for the fired product in a sintering furnace or a heat treatment furnace. 
 
    The use of a closed molybdenum carrying boat in the vacuum sintering process can reduce the production cost and prolong the service life of the vacuum furnace, while the sintering boat gives the sintered product a good temperature uniformity and ensures product consistency. 

    Some of the sintered products react chemically with molybdenum at high temperatures, which in turn corrode the vacuum furnace and cause damage to the vacuum furnace. The product is placed in a molybdenum carrying boat for heating, and the carrying boat can not only serve as a carrier for the sintered part, but also can insure the contact of the steam generated by the sintered part at a high temperature with the outer furnace body, thereby protecting the vacuum furnace. Because the cost of replacing the vacuum furnace components is much greater than the cost of replacing the molybdenum boat. 

    The molybdenum carrying boat box formed by the molybdenum plate and the molybdenum sheet by the sheet metal bending has the advantages of high strength, long service life, good integrity, strong deformation resistance, not easy to break, and good welding performance.
